Salary: £35,000 plus bonus

A great opportunity has come along for a hands-on Sales & Marketing Manager to be a part of the team in Cambridge. My Important client prefers a Sales & Marketing manager who has great communication skills, who will drive sales, take charge of the entire PR and marketing of the venue and has a passion for hospitality that will inspire their teams performance ensuring the delivery of a great night out every night.

Ideally, this role requires someone who has:
• A proven track record of being part of team that has delivered growing sales and been able to convert those sales to an optimum profit within a similar business.
• A sound knowledge of all aspects of online marketing, email marketing, social media, and using them strategically.
• Skills in preparation and implementation of sales, marketing and business plans.
• Managing and motivating teams, providing feedback and giving training when needed.
• A personable approach; face to face, over the phone or through any other communication media.
• Commitment, energy and enthusiasm.
• A real passion for service and premium products.

Delivery is a massive part of this role being a link for our customers from booking to arrival through to departure and follow on business.

Music savvy and good connections with promoters and 3rd parties
